How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“When ordering the site suggested I order a 38 which is equal to 7.5 US. This is the size I ordered but it is too large. Note that I have ordered 7.5 in two other products and they fit beautifully. I loved them but this one fit differently.”

“the shoes have some finishing issues like stitches and scratches on surface. and the size is a bit too big in comparison to normal common EU 44 sizes. I want to exchange to smaller size and different shoe but for returns I have to pay Shipping!!! who does that!? and there is no option for exchange”

“Very poor quality. Not worth the price, I returned the shoes. The laces just use some plastic ends, the stitching already opened at serveral points of the shoes. A lot of glue was visible. I wouldn't trust this shoe on any hike while treveling.”

“Having previously worn and loved the Canyon shoe, this time I wanted some more grip and structure. The Canyon's fit me perfectly before, but the same size Lava seemed much tighter both at the toes and width. After trying to walk them in for a couple of days I noticed little improvement, so I gave them to someone with smaller feet than mine, who fit them better but still say they are quite narrow.”

“It's a tight fit, compared to my other shoes, including from Tropicfeel. Also, I think it's not as good as it used to be: it globally less comfortable and the material makes me sweat, something that never happened with my previous, first version of the Canyon model.”

“I bought these shoes just before going on a multi-month trip to Costa Rica, as my "one shoe" solution. I wore them regularly for only a couple of weeks under normal conditions in Canada before leaving, and they started to come apart at the seam between the upper and lower while traveling to Costa Rica. Also, the insoles are really thin and after wearing barefoot for a while, they started skipping around in the shoe to the point of coming up and out at the heel. Tropicfeel sent me a new pair, but despite following their process exactly, they failed to change the address and sent them to my old address in Canada, while I am now in Costa Rica for several months with no shoes. On top of that, they don't ship to Costa Rica, so I spent $279 CAD for shoes that fell apart, and no option to get them replaced. I notice that their site has no reviews below 4 star, so I suppose no one will ever see this...”
