“The sole bottom is hard and hurt my feet in 2 minutes. The shoe itself is uncomfortable and very tight. The materials are not carefully glued together. Not professional at all”

“Me and my wife bought many products from the brand. However, during our last purchase, something happened during the shipment and the shoes returned to the sender. Fine, it happens. Next, I tried to contact them several times (6x chat and 6x email) to know when I will receive the shoes... but no one answers! I am also worried since I made many pre-orders (3 pairs of shoes)... Is this the end of Tropicfeel? So sad to give only 1 star... :(”
