“First off, let me say these were sized well and fit my wider feet fine, they were comfortable to walk in. But I am going to be returning the shoes. Downsides are the stopper that is used to tighten the laces immediately fell off on one side when I went to adjust it. In terms of water-wearability I may have come in with too high of expectations. I wore mine in the shower to see how fast they dried, and maybe in direct sun it would dry sooner, but it took at least an hour and a half for mine to dry (sole was still a little damp even then) and trench foot would definitely be a concern. Also, the design of the top of the shoe is a breathable mesh, but because of this it means that I believe the shoe would still soak through if stepping through puddles. Overall design and shape were good, I just had different expectations about the wearability in/around water.”

“The shoes are cool and seemed perfect for my summer in Indonesia. I only brought these and a pair of sandals because these shoes are supposed to go anywhere. Come to find out, they’ve given me terrible blisters that I’ll have to deal with for a whole summer. The description said that they can be worn without socks. Not true, I’ve been in pain for a week.”
