“I tried them last week, and they sure are comfy, but the problem lies with the shoelace. The first time I used them, the plastic end went off without me even pulling, I tried to put in back in place but it didn't work. I thought it was nothing serious, then while walking, the lace went inside the shoe, and the piece of plastic supposed to handle the tightness fell off, the same thing happened with the other lace, so now I have a shoe that I can't tie.”

“Just the same day that i've opened the box and tried the shoes the plastic cap of the laces went away immediately on one shoes causing the lost of the rubber stop. I was not able to put the part back so to use the shoes I had to make a knot. Few days after some of the rubber which holds the lace came off as well. I did not use them for some special trails or activities, I was just walking on the street. Totally disappointed!!”

“The shoe looks great and feels high quality. However I had to return them since the sizing is completely off. I normally wear size 38, occassionally go up to 39. Switched the 38 for a 39 but both sizes were way too small on me.”

“After a long pre order wait disappointed at the delivered quality zips we're really bad and jam constantly maybe I just got a bad one but this would not stand up to a long travel I have ordered many products from them and they have been great especially Hive. Also disappointing is customer service they did not wantvto know any feedback why I was returning the jacket just send me a refund link. 95% products received are great but this jacket and customer services are the weakest link”

“The product wasn't what I expected, neither the vest. The sleeves are too large. The worst part of all of this, it is the Return Policy. I have to pay for any product that I bought. My husband got the bigger size available and it is too narrow. So now I have to pay $8,50 per any of the 4 products. I really think that it is unfair. I will never buy again.”
