How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too narrow

“I bought these because I have a Shell backpack I am very happy with. What a disappointment. The materials feel extremely cheap, like something bought at a non-label market. And the workmanship is extremely poor, with stitching not ended correctly and leftover materials not cut off. Hard to believe that this is from the same producer as the Shell.”

“Customer service lets down this shoe because if you buy the wrong size and don’t have a UPS anywhere near you no matter how you tried to contact this company it’s impossible. I’m even beginning to wonder if it’s a real company based in Spain or if it’s just some cover for money laundering. Such a shame as the shoes look like they had such good potential oh dear I hope I’m able to exchange them soon and that should be able to try them”

“This is the second time that my left shoe ripped at the front (toe) after using the shoes less than 6 months. Last time you replaced the pair for free, now I paid for it. If it happens again, it will be my last product from your company. It is a pity, because the shoes are so comfortable but the quality does not match the price.”

“The finishing and then quality is poor. This was my third purchase, sadly. The mat is slippery, every time you take off the shoe it gets out. The claim of the none odur isn't accurate. All in all, I would say the product wasn't found satisfactory for the price.”
