How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“I was very excited to get my first pair of Tropicfeel shoes as I love the idea behind it and was looking for a shoe like that for ages. Unfortunately, I had to send them back as they don't match at all the quality expectations I had. It's not a cheap shoe which I don't mind, because good quality has its price and I'm happy to invest in that. But the quality of the shoes was simply below standard. The left shoe was a size bigger than the right shoe even though both were marked as size 40. But when trying them on, the left one didn't fit at all and was way too big, so we put both shoes next to each other and even measured them and they are clearly two different sizes. On top of that, there were glue markings everywhere on the shoe, some of the water holes on the side were half closed while on the side front of the shoes small holes were visible due to poor gluing/stitching. I'm quite disappointed about the shoes and their quality as I still think it's a great idea to have light all-round travel shoes. Due to my experience, I cannot recommend the shoes and would definitely not buy again from Tropicfeel.”

“i never received my product how can I rate it? Every time I reach out to customer service I get a response that the product delivery is pushed back another month. They supply no tracking, the only thing I received is a request the review their products, yet i have never received delivery of their product! can someone please tell me at least where it is?”

“The products seem to be well made BUT they are atrociously sized. The three items that I have are labelled XXL but couldn’t possibly be bigger than M. I am extremely disappointed with the products. I am even more disappointed that I will be paying to return them. As I said in my return request this is not a change-of-mind return, it is a terrible product return.”

“This is a great idea and I have used a similar idea and have loved using it but thought this one looked better.... my idea of travel goods is the lighter the better as when we look at a backpack for travel you need to remember that airlines have a weight limit and when the wardrobe already weighs 0.88 and the backpack is nearly 2kg you have 3 kg before you start to pack. The wardrobe I have used before only weighs 0.05kg so that is a big difference. Love the whole idea but am a bit disappointed with how heavy it all is. I would not have purchased the wardrobe if had known it was so heavy. I think the top and bottom of the wardrobe could be much lighter than what they are and this would reduce the total amount of weight.”
