you never sent me these sneakers. I've been waiting for a whole year. initially they promised that they would send it in the spring of 2021, they didn’t send it. then they promised that they would send it in October 2021, they didn’t send it. what feedback should i leave?

I love the shoes but the mesh part isn’t resistant enough. Only 4 months of use and already it has holes in it. I wish they were more resistant to wear and tear.

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product doesn’t meet the features specified on the website
To small despite I choosed for the 47 size which is the maximum size. Very rigid and cheap look.

I have been waiting for the exchange of my ordered shoes for many months. Unfortunately, the size does not match the information in your size table. They are different from a pair of shoes that I've had for two years. Therefore I am currently not the right one to give a positive rating, I hope that the problem will be resolved soon.

I pre-ordered the shoe and waited for months to receive them (this in itself Was not an issue - it was clear I would need to wait). When they arrived they were terribly uncomfortable- felt like wearing a pair of non-breathing plastic moulds on my feet. To return them I had to pay a ransom (fee) of 20 EUR. In todays e commerce age i don’t know of another retailer with return fees so high. Never buying anything from Tropicfeel again.

Unfortunately they are too small for me. I wanted to return them for a bigger size but never received the promised return label. Customer service never got back to me.
