“I was originally quite pleased with the shoe, as it is stylish and comfortable. However, after two days of walking around a city, the insoles began to slide up at the heel, where they bunched up and gave me blisters. I had to remove the insoles to be able to continue to wear the shoes - which is not normal. In addition, today, after about two weeks of use, I tightened the laces, and the end bit (which stops the laces from sliding out and opening the shoe), fell off. This shoe is of absolutely terrible, terrible quality. A shoe should not a) have insoles that bunch up after two days of walking (and customer support told me "glue the insoles down" (which defeats the purpose of having removable insoles in a travel shoe for quick drying) or "to buy new ones" - which is a ridiculous answer to a customer who was having problems after two days. And b), a shoe should not fall apart after two weeks of use. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SHOES. They will not last for any extended period of time, the materials are cheap, the production is cheap, and they are absolutely not worth 99 euros.”

“Lace's didn't ship all the way laced up, but then couldn't fit through the lace holes. Sprint lace mechanism broke with slight pull to tighten the shoe fit. Poor quality control on the laces and the shoes. I've tried to get a refund/replace the shoe with a correct version, but TropicFeel's support team has not responded after a week. This does not build faith in this company for any of their upcoming releases.”

“Gave the brand a try as I needed a new summer dog walking shoe. Picked up the Jungle as it fit the bill. Very nice looking and comfortable shoe. On the third day of use, the rubber on the left heel delaminated and was hanging loose. I emailed customer service twice for a warranty exchange and I never heard back. Its to bad as I liked the shoes.”

“The product is as I expected. However I was super disappointed that it was not included in the Shell backpack, all the information both on your website and on youtube indicated that it was "part of" the packback. It is even named Shell Wardrobe system.”

“Love the design and fit but the shoe string broke as soon as I put them on, customer service has not replied my question to send a new shoe string. So far disappointing.”

“I am very sad... I was really looking foreward to this shoe because sustainability is very important to me and such a good looking sneaker that suits all terrain is perfect for my minimalistic approach of living. But when I wore the shoes for the first time, it startet rubbing on my heel and after only 30mins I hopped into a shop and buyed me higher socks and buyed me a plaster so that it isnt rubbing anymore. It helped a bit but not fully. My heel was open........ And at the second day I walked literally 100m and my heels started bleeding - at one side throug the sock and onto the shoe... I am very disappointed... I can't wear these shoes again because my heels are still hurt and I can't return the shoes too because they are in a used condition and one shoe has blood on it... Very sad... I don't know what I should do now because I cannot wear them either they will lay in my flat forever or I throw them away, I dont know... I also tested some other of your sneakers but I liked this one the most for it's color... Sad that the heel just doesn't fit for me. When I read that you just improved the back I thought it would be good, but turns out it wasn't... It took me very long to convice for this feedback because I was so disappointed that I invested 100€ in a shoe I can't wear but I hope this feedback is valuable to you..”

“For the first time, my friend wore her first canyon shoes from Tropicfeel. She continued wearing and felt more comfortable. She loved this for 3 years. She asked me to order the same canyon shoes. She expected the same from her old canyon shoes. However, the new canyon shoes' back is tight for her. She continued to wear them for a few days. Still rubbing to hurt. Her old canyon shoes had wide broad. New canyon shoes have tight for her feet. Both old and new canyon shoes are the same size. She wondered the same design size as her old canyon shoes?”
