“DHL losted my tropicfeel. I tried to contact Tropicfeel, but they haven’t answer yet…instead they send an email to write a review on the product … obviously they have my money …and I have nothing!!!”

“Be careful when buying... the return and exchange policy is terrible. I bought the Monsoon, tried them on at home and seeing that they fit and that I wanted them for a trip where I'm going to walk a lot, I went out with them. My surprise came when I saw that they were so hard that I started to get chafing and blisters on my feet. I contact the brand to see if there is a possibility to return them and they say no because they are used. And if you return them unused, you also have to pay the shipping costs. On the one hand I understand that they don't want them used... but on the other hand I think: It's a shoe that costs more than 70€ and it's made of hard plastic... Do I have to take responsibility for that? Anyway, a bad experience with the shoes and the brand.”

“De schoen is bij de neus niet netjes afgewerkt. 1 veter is veel langer dan de andere. Wel is de schoen goed ademend. De schoenen knellen bij mij. Terwijl ik hele smalle voeten heb.”

“Pessima qualità dei materiali (appena arrivate si è staccato subito il pezzo che mantiene fermo il laccio). Provate a mare e si asciugano dopo tanto tempo. Mi hanno morso dietro il tallone dopo 2 volte che le ho messe. Delusione”
