“I got sent the tech pouch in green not the toiletry bag in black as ordered and now my emails are being ignored so not sure what else to do other than write a bad review! Have ended up with the wrong product in the wrong colour and doesn’t seem much I can do about it.”

“Great looking shoe, comfortable and I love the fact that they are environmentally friendly! but toggles immediately fell off. No unusual force or anything that would compromise. Just very poorly made! I can’t put them back and will probably have to go with normal lacers. One of the reason for purchase was the laces. This I find a major over site at the testing stage. You need to fix this as the product is floored and I’m a moment away from instructing my bank to reclaim because you have NOT sent me the product advertised or that I thought I was purchasing! Shane”
