I was really excited when I ordered the new Monsoon. It was supposed to be the only pair of shoes I would need for my up coming road trip throughout the summer. However, when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the construction with loose threading in the interior of both shoes at different points around the cuffs. I don't believe it would have lasted more than a week.

Guys, I don’t know why you put so much money on design and marketing but a penny on customer service. Returning an item for exchange was a nightmare … only one reply from you and then silence for 4-5 days till I gave up. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. That’s why I don’t want your shoes even though they’re nice.

Nice shoe - but not very flexible at the rear part and therefore makes my feet hurt sadly. Also hard to slip in - would not recommend this model (the other ones like model jungle are awesome though!)

Iris I received a customs import tax of €80 per pair which is twice the price I'm 4 so to me it's not worth the hype and yet still I haven't even received the item which it'll take a further two weeks customs to release it they then I won't be able to even use it because I will be back 2 months later only to be told that your item has not been returned because it hasn't been connected and you missed your delivery so if you are ordering from the outside Germany anticipate a 2-month delivery time give yourself that I am actually disappointed in the non-disclosure process of external costs and charges and I live in the United Kingdom

I received a damaged product, was offered a voucher and then refused. I have already applied to PayPal for a refund.

One of the shoes was bigger than the other one. I asked for an exchange and you helped me to send you back the product. I asked last week if it was possible to have the new one before the end of this week and you say that we are gonna send me the new one but I still have nothing any confirmation and you didn’t answer to my mail. I’m really disappointed
