“Las zapatillas han venido con defectos de fábrica o de lo contrario parecen un poco usadas. Compré las zapatillas con descuento, pero en ningún lado ponía que venían con defectos de fábrica o algo similar. Creo que para 70€ de zapatilla, este tipo de detalles son importantes. Desgraciadamente no puedo cambiarlas porque me voy de viaje a Mexico y son las únicas zapatillas que tengo, pero es una pena que vengan así. Bastante decepcionado después de la súper confianza que tenia en vosotros. Agradecería muchísimo algún tipo de solución.”

“Unfortunately, these shoes do not at all work for me. They put so much pressure on my achilles that I cannot wear them. There has been no company response to the email to the company to return them. I am disappointed because I really do like the tread and most of their other shoes. These shoes however do not fit well...and the back of each shoe is sewn differently making the construction not consistent shoe to shoe. The left shoe back is sharp and narrow and therefore hurts...the right shoe is broader and flatter and is Ok...The sizing is a little wide for my foot this time...where other styles have not been.”

How satisfied are you with the size? It’s perfect for me!

“Todavía no los he usado y los zapatos presentan en los dos arrugas en la parte delantera de los mismos, no mantienen la forma del empeine sin arrugas. Cuando uno introduce los pies en los zapatos mejora esas arrugas, pero siguen siendo visibles. No sé si compraré más modelos aunque sus diseños son muy bonitos. Nunca me había pasado esto antes de extrenar unos zapatos.”

“I have received the wrong size order twice. The first error results from an amendment to the order not being actioned, despite an email from TF advising it had, and the second was a replacement to the first order, but instead of a mens size 45, we received a woman’s size 38. Not impressed with this.”

“Disappointing! I was a fan of Tropicfeel, I backed their first campaign and still use their first model. It is why I bought this one without hesitation. Sizes are a mess! All of my shoes are size 42EU, this one is 43 and it was very tight, I replaced it with 44 and it is loose! And now I can't replace it because there is no 43.5 and I can only exchange it once anyway. a total waste of a 100 euros.”
