I bought this thinking it will be water resistant due to the nature of my work. It went horribly when I was in a swampy area and muddy water are sipping into my shoes. In the first week or two, the back of the shoe will cause abrasion to the heel but subsequently it got better. Overall the shoe is comfy if only it is water resistant as stated.

Wee, It's great to hear that the shoes are comfortable! Our Canyon shoes are water friendly. This means that they dry quickly when coming into contact with water. Walking through a swamp is not recommended for your shoes as they are not water-resistant! Tropicfeel Team
I can't wear it because it's too tight. I have 3 pairs of Canyon and of the same size which I can wear comfortably without any issue. I guess something is off with the sizing and measurement.

Hi Razlin. It's a shame to hear that your Jungle shoes are too tight! Our Jungle and Canyon shoes are designed differently. The Canyons are a wider fit while the Jungle shoes have a narrower fit. We are able to exchange items for different sizes within 30 days of their delivery date. Tropicfeel Team

First of all, I want to say that they sent me shoes of a different color. After a week of silence from support, I had no choice but to accept. They answered later, but when they found out that the shoes had already been worn, they refused to accept them back and did not give any compensation in the form of a coupon or a discount. As for the shoes themself, the first impression was good, but after 6 months of use, my opinion changed for the worse. The sole on the side quickly lost its good appearance, quickly worn out. For this money, one could buy shoes of much better quality.

As a goodwill gesture, we requested a reshipment of the order at no extra cost to the new address. We wanted to make this right for you! The first pair I ordered didn’t fit. So I sent them back (at my expense) and ordered a different size. They still don’t fit. So I asked for a refund, only to be told i would need to send them back (at my expense) and I cannot have a refund. I can only exchange the shoes. This is disappointing. I will not be buying from this company again.

Hi, the packing cube which is the entire point of the backpack doesn't fit in the backpack when it's filled with any amount of clothes. Talk about a line to line match, there's no tolerance at ALL. It doesn't even fit when it's not filled with any clothes. Pretty much just a waste of money and space, but thanks for the effort.

hi, appreciate the follow-up. i got the tropic feel sneakers for my boyfriend as a gift. now that he open his present the fit is a bit bigger than expected. He is usually size 10, do you have size 9.5?
