I ordered Canyon Core Black in 37, but I didn't like it with the white sole. So I tried to start an exchange. And instead I wanted monsoons in all black. I never received any shoes or a refund. Worst customer service ever.

I'm very disappointed with the model and with Tropicfeel. I already have the backpack Sell, which I was quite happy with. Hence, I didn't doubt about purchasing the sneakers for my trip. I wear size 39 (EU), so I bought that size, but when I got them, they were too small and therefore, I could not walk with them. I wrote them by chat and they encourage me to change them for a bigger size. Here is the first problem. They sent me the size table, https://shop.tropicfeel.com/pages/fit-finder which is bad, at least for Spain, because as I said, I use 39 (EU) and my feet measure 23 cm. But the table shows that it would be a 36 (EU). I haven't used that size since I was 8 years old!! I told them all of this, but even so, they told me to change for one size more (40). I did, and when I got them, they were TOO big. No way I am able to wear them. I wrote them again, by chat, and the answer was that It's not possible to return them anymore because I had already exchanged them once. This important point was never communicated to me in advance, in any conversation, even when I explained my concern about the size. They also told me to try to find another model, if not, pursche an INSOLES to wear the bigger size shoes! Which brand who values their branding gives that solution to a client? Now, as I bought their best quality model (and expensive), the only solution that they gave me was to exchange them for another one, worse quality than the one I wanted.I had always recommended this brand to my friends but this behaviour is not acceptable! I am definitely not happy with this customer experience and very disappointed with Tropicfeel.

Each brand have their own scaling for sizes to avoid any disappointment, and we hope to introduce half sizes in the future as we grow in cases where one size is too small and the next is too big. I do love the Canyon shoe, unfortunately this one was far too big in size and did not fit as perfectly as the other ones I already have.

Nice shoes but unfortunately an outrageously illegal returns policy violating consumer laws blatantly, charging 20 euros for returning the pair that didn’t fit, hence unfortunately all in all a very unpleasant experience, definitely not again

This shoe is not made for beach vacation. Once, only part of sand is in thr shoes you have to wash them. Otherwise it is uncomfortable with barefoot. Also, you sweat very much in those shoes… sweat & sand is not a optimal mix.

I ordered size 8 US and is like 3 sizes bigger than what it is, they don’t fit cuz they where to big, and I can’t return them cuz I damage the box
