“They look optical very cheap. The left shoe hurts on the wrist because the shoelace is made of rubber. The inlay on the shoes end hurts on my heel :(”

“Unfortunately I had to return the bag as it didn't meet my expectations. My key take is that the bag was nice, but it looked way too expensive for the materials it uses, and it's a shame there is no division between the laptop and the main compartment. For my use case (1 laptop, 1 tablet and 1 external monitor), it was almost impossible to get things out of the bag because the clothes in the main compartment get crumbled with the electronics at the back of the bag. Overall, I think other bags in the market can perform much better with a superior quality without being more expensive than the shell. The accessory bags at the front also seem super sketchy, I wouldn't trust putting anything valuable there as it can easily be detached (as long as people know how to, it's quite easy). In any case, the concept of one bag for everything looks great. but i'd invest a bit more on the waterproof quality and on the division from laptop and main compartment. I'd recommend the bag if those adjustments were made.”

“The shoes themselves are great but I was very disappointed with the support I've received. The shoe had a black mark on it and when I contacted the customer support I was told to file a "bad product" claim, which I did. But to my surprise I was told "my claim wasn't eligible". This was actually my second pair and I was planning to buy more, but not after they lost my trust like this.”

“Except the fact that these shoes are light and made with circular circuit that make them sustainable, the shoes are disappointing for these reason: 1) laces are unconfortable 2) the sole is to thin 3) not very secure as I would expect for travelling shoes 4) deteriorate after 2 little hikes”

“Ordered in Jan 2021 and got them in March 2022. Not worth the headache and endless emails back and forth. In the process I also discovered other travel shoes that are cheaper and better than these.”
