“I was excited to receive these sneakers, but unfortunately they look different to advertised, and have a cheap feel about them. These shoes are not comfortable if you have flat feet, there is no arch support.”

“Hi! I bought the tropicfeel shoes not long ago, after I had used them for a little while, I noticed that 3/4 of the rubber bands holding the sprint laces in place was gone! Is it possible to get some of these sent?”

“Too loose fitting and needs regular laces. Plus - the expensive return policy is horrible. Having never tried the shoes before, how likely is it that you'd get the perfect size the first time. Too expensive to try again.”
