Maxine, for customers who purchase orders outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees can be charged and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any Import, Duty, VAT and Customs Fees that may apply for shipping to their country. “Dear Tropicfeel team, after wearing the shoe for the first(!) time the stitching on the back (heel) part of the shoe is already loosening. As this is a load-bearing part of the shoe, Iam very worried that the shoe will not last long concerning its intended use. A beautiful shoe, a good concept with serious quality issues. Which makes me sad as I had very high hopes for it. Best regards”
