“Ordering shoes from Tropicfeel has been a very regrettable experience. After ordering shoes that did not fit, I attempted to work with customer service to order a different size. The company then sent the wrong size and refused to pay for any of the shipping costs associated with sending the wrong size. After multiple attempts to contact the company just to get the right size of shoes exchanged, customer service simply stopped responding. The whole experience has been very unprofessional and likely (depending on the country) borders on illegal. Steer clear of this company!”
