How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? I expected a more technical product

“I normally wear a 44.5, so I ordered a 46 just to be sure that the shoes are fitting. However, I have a hard time, getting those shoes on. They are not really flexible concerning the upper side, it’s hard to get the back of my foot in it. Additionally, the processing is not really good. There are lose threads all over the place. I bought these shoes prior to my trip to Thailand, wore it once, had pain while wearing them and didn’t even take them with me on the trip. I am not really happy about that purchase and if it was possible, I would have sent them back and asked for a refund.”

“Ordered shoes in June 2021. Got them i March 2022. Joke of a company, SCAM of a company. I don't use them since, in the meantime, I bought 3 different pairs of shoes from companies that don't scam their costumers.”

“Waited almost 3 weeks and was really looking forward to getting these and try them out for my travels. They came a few days before and were the wrong size! very disappointed as I'm now in Cambodia and they don't deliver there.”

“I would love to give a review but unfortunately after three weeks of waiting, numerous emails and apparent investigations by the company and UPS the shoes still haven’t arrived and little feedback from their Customer Services apart from wanting me to review their services, which has you would imagine I do not rate very highly, not even any offer of compensation for my time, purchase at your peril.”

“Difficult to get feet in. Difficult to get feet out. Soles come out with your feet. It took the skin off the tops of my toes. Inside its stiff, abrasive and very uncomfortable. Total waste of money”
