I received the shoes which I didn’t like. After one week I’m still waiting for the return label (which costs 20 pounds). Have chased the support but got no reply. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Way bigger than a standard men’s 8 or women’s 10.5. More like a 9 and 11. Bought on the basis of risk free trial but it’s $20+ to exchange/return. Cool looking shoe. Wish I could wear it.

The shoe I ordered did not fit properly and I am not able to return them as the company is not responding with a return label! I’ve tried through the return platform and sent an email for help to customer service without satisfaction!!

Returned as length of shoe was ok (if not a little big) but width was very tight and uncomfortable.

Sent back for an exchange down to 1 EU size, since this runs large. Response typically takes 72 hours, but takes longer than this. Being out of stock is unclear as you would explain that it is a pre-order. The order arrives in a week, assuming it has been already made. On top of the website, having crossed out sizes but the size I wanted is not out of stock. This is a poor excuse. I'm assuming it's the part of shoes that is not available for assembly. This shoe manufacturer shoe sizes runs LARGE. The exchange program does not occur until end of September to beginning of October.

I read a lot of reviews before buying these and everyone raves about them. All they’ve done is destroyed my heels and given me painful blisters. Sad to say I can’t return them because they were comfy for the first half hour so I wore them outside, but after getting wet and wearing them longer they hurt horribly.
