“I was excited to try this shoe for all-round daily use, but I am deeply disappointed. The shoe is not very comfortable and seem very synthetic/plastic to wear. As soon as you have walked a few minutes in them in warm weather they become uncomfortable and they are not a breathable as promoted.”

“I ordered the size 46 EU of this shoe. When the transaction had finished in the order section it appeared that I had ordered a 36 EU. I immediately sent an email saying that I wanted a 46 EU, and was told that no problem, a 46 would be sent. Then I was told they were out of stock, so I decided to ask for a refund. I eventually received the refund, but have just received the 36 EU shoe.......which to me is useless. So I now need to organise returning a shoe that I didn't want.”

“The shoe itself met my expectations but the purchase and return process was the worst I have experienced recently. Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit and I wanted to return them. The only options offered were an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, my size was taken. The possibility of exchange to a voucher was not offered. So I was left only the refund with 20€ deduction. 20€ Are much too much for a return. I would have been willing to order again a shoe in my size but with this experience I do not.
