“Overall the shoe looks great. However, the part at the heel hurts on the foot, it seems to be not high up enough and sewed poorly. Need to return it.”

“Hi, Unfortunately I'm not happy at all, Four months ago I bought the canyon shoe and I'm very pleased, So I ordered the new Jungle shoe at the same size, Unfortunately, the shoe is too tight and there is no match between the sizes, which makes it very difficult to buy online. In addition the shoe came with stains in the label area near the laces. In short I am very disappointed because I really love your company.”

“I really REALLY love the versatility of these shoes and have found myself wearing them 9/10 times I’ve left the house (except for work). I was very hopeful after the reviews I’d read that they would stand up to the challenge of being my daily shoes - especially with them being aimed at travellers. Sadly, after just THREE MONTHS of owning them, they have very noticeable holes on both shoes around the little toes. I’d be prepared to accept that these may be a “one off” weak pair that I have but at £70, it’s hard to justify buying more.”

“I have bought two pairs of Tropicfeel shoes and was an original backer of the Canyon. I supported those shoes because they are durable and can be easily slip-on/slip-off. This is not true with these shoes. The foot opening is significantly smaller than my other pairs, to the point where you cannot wear socks and have to stretch the entire shoe out to put it on. Once on, it fits extremely tight and is uncomfortable - and I have the same size as my other shoes from Tropicfeel which fit perfectly. I wish I could return them or exchange them for another pair of Canyons, but I do not want to pay the crazy shipping costs. Avoid this shoe.”

“I am an original customer of the first release of the Canyon series and I cannot say enough good things about my original pair. Since then I pledged for two other releases and the sizes have been all over the place. Given this I tried to assume which way the Jungles would go and yet again a big miss….what should have been a 11 US was closer to a 12 and a 10 was closer to a 9 1/2. I really needed the Jungles to be a big win but sadly the sizes just do not align with a US or EU standard. 44’s and 45’s are just nowhere near their expected US counterparts”

“Disappointed. I bought a pair of the TropicFeel Canyon shoes last year and found them to be great. Stylish, comfortable, well-made shoes and I was very excited to be an early backer of the Jungle. I ordered them in January 2021 and they finally arrived in July 2021. My left shoe arrived unraveling seams in two spots, there is a separation hole between the back webbing and the boarder material and the back pull-on loop is un-usable because it came separated immediately due to the seams issue. I immediately contacted TropicFeel in hopes they would repair, replace, or refund but they only responded by giving me $12 off a new pair. Very disappointing. Was excited to have another great pair with them and continue my relationship with the company but now looking into other travel shoe companies, luckily this is a growing market and lots of great options out there. Jungle really is a great looking shoe, but quality is key in a travel shoe that is going to take some wear and tear and can't trust them if they are going to be busted out of the box.”

“You could find a cheaper water shoe with similar features on Amazon which cost 70% less. This product has import taxes that costs a lot of money. Won’t recommend”
