“since, contrary to the recommendation, the 40 shoe didn't fit so well, I ordered the 41 shoe to see it, which didn't fit 100% either. I chose the 40s shoe. Unfortunately, Tropicfeel had a nasty surprise for me: I had to pay 20 euros for the return, even though I ordered and kept another shoe. That's not how you treat customers!”

“I was really excited for the shoes to come in. They looked great when I received them, are lightweight, and comfortable. Unfortunately, they were a little big. I went to go swap them out with a smaller size on the website, but they were completely out of stock at this point. I found out that if you aren’t replacing the shoes with a different size, that you have to pay $20 to have them returned. Super bummed.”
