“Initially I was so excited to purchase these for an upcoming trip. When the shipping said it was to arrive within 3-5 business days, they didnt actually arrive within the timeline and because of that, I was not able to take them with me on my trip. Thats not the worst part. The worst part was when reaching out to the customer service team, it took days for them to respond and with every response there was no solution provided. I am still waiting on a response back. I wish I was able to use these and I wish the company was more helpful. I am now out of money and stuck with no shoes. Because of Tropicfeels failure to deliver as promised, when I get back from my trip, I will be passed the return window and if that exception is made, I will be stuck paying even more money to return these. I wanted to be a supporter but this is not how you treat customers.”
