“Appalling customer service. No help at all. Misleading shoe size information which they modified in the website after I complained). They refused to pay for the return despite being their mistake. It cost me an extra 12 postage. When I emailed them it took days to get a reply and Im still waiting an explanation and acknowledgement about my enquires.”

“I requested an exchange of size using the form on the website. I did it correctly and the response was it was received and I would hear from tropic feel soon. I have heard nothing in more than 10 days. Ive inquired twice with customer service and nothing as well I like the shoes. But service is poor. I would like them to help me but like so many online retailers they are built to sell, not take care of their customers.”

“I bought the Tropicfeel 6 months ago for a 1 year travel around the world. On one side, the shoes are light which is great in a 10kg backpack. They are good looking, easy to wash and dry quick. On the other side, the fabric of the sole is not strong and has started to crumble quickly, while the shield on the top of the shoes toes extremity) has started to peel off after 3 times wearing them, so as soon as they touch a bit of water, my feet are wet. Small stones can also get through the holes of the mesh. To sum up, i guess the shoes are nice but for this price, the first version does not meet expectations technically...”

“De vergenza... Me cambiaron las condiciones de devolucin, una vez adquirido el producto. Para devolverlo hay que enviar el paquete a Francia pagado por el cliente claro est. Si lo llego a saber no las compro. A la espera de reclamacin por parte de Organismo de Proteccin al Consumidor.”
