“Wore it once in a trek and the sole is already tearing. What is worse is the tear will now continue all the way through. I’m going to try fix it with glue but my fear is it will continue tearing. Size guide isn’t great either as shoe is a bit larger than expected Pity”

“Nice idea, nice design, but bad wearability/comfort (I got blisters on my feet) and no possibilities to return. To offer discount for a second pair of shoes is not helpful.”

“I ordered the wrong size shoe the first time and while it was a challenge to exchange the shoes for the correct size (I live in US and Company is in France and only accepts DHL shipping which I had to drive 150 miles to a drop off), the customer service department is amazing. Customer service was friendly and did their best to accommodate my exchange. I just received the right size of shoe and they are two completely different fits. Both are a 37 and one is very wide and loose fitting and the other is narrow and tight. You can see the difference in their shape just by looking at them. It's like the big shoe was on a display and is super stretched out. I will not drive another 150 miles to send back, so these shoes will be donated to good will. Not happy.”
