“I have owned a pair of canyon shoes for 10 months now, using them 2-3 times a week on average mostly as regular trainers. The concept is nice but the truth is, that they feel cheap. They have holes in them (both shoes and have had since month 6. The laces have lost their firmness, the foam on the sides is wrinkly and they are losing parts like the plastic on the top of the laces. Which actually broke off immediately on the left shoe after buying, and got replaced after almost 2 months. Great idea. Bad shoe”

“Hello, my opinion on your product for which I sent it back is the following: beautiful as a look but the shoe is too difficult to wear and the number of the shoe does not seem to me to conform to what you suggest. They look like women's shoes with slender feet and not for men. Generally bad, I am still waiting for my financial refund. Thanks, I await your response. Fabio Gonnelli”

“I had many synthetic shoes, including the vibram 5 fingers and no sweat or heat problem. With the tropic feel I can’t stand more than one hour without socks!! For the money… a real STIFF!”

“It’s an ok bottle. Way overpriced though.. its just a metal bottle with a plastic cap. The cap should have had some rubber-lining inside the to give extra protection against leaks.”

“I got my shoes and they look nice, but the middle seems a bit thin and it's pushing my sole in a strange way. I contacted support via email about it and they haven't responded in a week. (I sent two emails to be sure.) Not even an acknoledgement of them reciving my email. I am thinking about just sending back the shoes for a refund, I hope they will respond to that.”
