Shoe is comfortable, but the bands inside make it hard to put on. Not what I expected in ease of use.

Despite socks, the shoe rubs the heel, so that the shoes hurt after wearing them once

They are really bad. Did they look cool yes, did they protect my feet from walking on rocks in the water yes, however they filled up with piles of sand and small rocks so fast my hat fell off and trying to empty the shoe and then put it back on was almost impossible and even after that it was still filled with sand

awful smell that i cant get rid even in the washing machine) of and got very painful achillodynie after one day of using i am very dissapointed and would like to return. i simply cant use it

The shoes are nice and light, but don't fit as a slipper keep slipping off my feet) and aren't as comfortable as Canyon. I would not buy them again.

Love the look, not so much the fit. I don't have big feet, but these feel really tight. And the laces are too short. The fun of getting new Tropicfeel shoes completely vanished after having to pay import cost of over 30euros. I bought different Canyon shoes, LOVE them, did not have to pay unexpected import cost. So I thought lets join the crowdfunding for the Cala's. Not doing that anymore. If you buy anything, ask first where they ship from, so you do not get unpleasant surprises too.

I actually do not know anything about the shoes other than they look good. I ordered size US 9.5 but received 9s. When I told your company someone named Jan from the misnamed "Customer Happiness Team" responded and said she needed a photo guess to prove my claim". After sending a photo Jan tried to convince me to wear a size too small. When I complained, another member of the Team, Marta said she would send a 9.5 replacement and I told her to include a shipping slip and I would return the 9s. However, when I got that replacement, they were also 9s And no shipping slip. I contacted Marta and informed her. She sent an email saying there were two slips, but only one attached. She replied that she could not send two slips and could not send me the correct pair until I sent both back and that I would have to front the shipping charges for the second wrong pair. This is no way to treat a customer, especially one who has bought two pairs while you were just a start up
