“I wanted to get these shoes for a while now, and unfortunately they're not made for people like me. I tried them and within 10 minutes I had 2 big blisters at the back of my heels. It's been 10 days now and it's still not healed, so i'm returning the shoes. So to make this comment constructive, please consider not adding any texture that scrapes the skin with each step. I'd try another model when I'll find one more adapted to my feet.”

“I never received my package and sent an email/message and never got a response. I also never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I do however, have my invoice number and the charge on my bank account.”

“This article seems to be of good quality, to see what it gives in time and on the field! I'm a little disappointed about the absence of the Shell bag attachment system. I didn't notice it on the website but I thought I could attach it to the bag like the toiletry bag, but I couldn't. I think the addition of these attachments would add real value to your article.”

“I've ordered they shoes and was very exited to receive them. Unfortunately opon arrival one of the shoelaces was already damaged and checking the other caps they also had a very loose fit. I tried on the undamaged one and it didn't fit as well. I have a 42 on all my other shoes but here my toes had no space.. In addition to that dealing with CS is a horribld experience and takes ages...”

“READ BEFORE BUYING! I had high expectations for this travel shoe. Most negative reviews had to do with sizing or shipping. I was so excited that the product arrived quickly and fit perfectly so I quickly tore off all the tags, tossed the box, and put them on to explore the city. My two cents: this has got to be the most uncomfortable athletic shoe I’ve ever worn. I had heel pain after walking less than 2 miles on paved streets. For reference, I don’t typically have any foot or ankle pain and have never had to return a shoe that fits due to discomfort. I went as far as to buy insoles (for the first time ever) to try to get some relief. The insoles help some but make the shoe snugger than I would like. I reached out to the customer support team to see if it would be possible to get an exchange for a different model but they were not able to make an exception. They offered me a discount off a new purchase but honestly I’m not spending another $100+ on potentially painful shoes. I understand as it’s in their written return/exchange policy but just want to share my experience so someone else won’t have to waste $130. While their concept of a water friendly travel shoe is great, what’s the point if you can’t even walk 2 miles without having pain.”

“I’m usually a 10.5-11 depending on style. Trainers usually a 10.5. But I couldn’t get these on my feet due to ridiculously tight sock opening and narrow fit.”

“I hope it is worth it. I checked there is I suppose a warehouse in Germany. I ordered because I thought there will be no custom fee due to being in the EU. No, the shoes are coming from the US or Canada. If it was mentioned, I would not have ordered them. Also if it is out of stock in the area I would have loved the choice to choose another item that is available in my zone to avoid taxes. Be good to have these warnings. I chose the longer shipping because it was only around 6-8days. It's been a mess, I contacted the shipping company. They couldn't say when they will deliver. I was so excited as these shoes would meet all my need and I am a person who supports recycled products. Lets see!”
