“It was a huge debacle to get the shoes through the mail. They were never delivered and then sent back to sender. I got a new pair sent but had to pay more shipping. Then I got the shoes and their sizing is off, the shoes are too tight even though I matched up the right size. Because of all the shipping issues, it is not worth sending it back and getting a pair that fits, will be paying more in shipping than I paid for the shoes. It really sucks because I was really looking forward to taking some great hikes with these.”

“I think these are really cool looking but I took them out once canyoning which only involved a 1-hour hike into the canyon and the mesh around the front has already worn off.”

“order #10059 required an exchange as too small, though looked very nice. Received back in your French logistics centre on the 14 Oct. Very little communication from your so called Support Centre and nothing at all from them this month. Needless to say, as at 26 Nov no replacement pair received by this customer despite your stated 7-10 day wait period being long since past, and I am super unhappy and would never recommend a purchase of your products to anybody. In the meantime I receive offer after offer for discounts on Instagram etc - just get the basics right before promoting more shoe purchases”

“Product came packaged well. However, there was a lack of updates of our order status along the way. Also, the sizes advertised seemed to be at least one size larger than the actual size, causing me to incur extra shipping costs for the exchange.”
