Nice idea, nice design, but bad wearability/comfort (I got blisters on my feet) and no possibilities to return. To offer discount for a second pair of shoes is not helpful.

I am in a quandary. This is my second pair. They are soo comfy but I am really trying NOT to buy things that are made in China as they are responsible for many human rights and environmental abuse.

I ordered the wrong size shoe the first time and while it was a challenge to exchange the shoes for the correct size (I live in US and Company is in France and only accepts DHL shipping which I had to drive 150 miles to a drop off), the customer service department is amazing. Customer service was friendly and did their best to accommodate my exchange. I just received the right size of shoe and they are two completely different fits. Both are a 37 and one is very wide and loose fitting and the other is narrow and tight. You can see the difference in their shape just by looking at them. It's like the big shoe was on a display and is super stretched out. I will not drive another 150 miles to send back, so these shoes will be donated to good will. Not happy.

Let’s start with delivery service. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my order due to some changes in their warehouse. I totally understand, but at least when such thing happens the client gets some compensation, I got offered only 15% of discount which is nothing... The shoes themselves are overpriced. I got mine when there was an offer for 69 euro and still that was too much, can’t imagine who buys for 99 euros. There is much better quality shoes for such price. I am forced to put 2 stars only for this. Regarding the comfort of the shoes, I’d put 4 stars. They are comfortable and fit very nicely, simple design makes them attractive, didn’t try them in water yet, hopefully they won’t disappoint. To summarize, I’d say that I’d buy them again, if the price was less. I apologize for such review, but this what I think. Wish there was a separate review for the delivery/price and for the shoes comfort.

I am very disappointed with my Canyon Tropicfeel shoes. After wanting to buy these shoes for a long time, I finally bought them only to find that after just one wear, the toe side on my right shoe is now close to ripping. It is already misshapen. I only wore these outside once and did not wear them anywhere challenging. I was so happy to back and support a start up company that share my values for sustainable produce and an aim to reduce plastic pollution. To pay this much for a pair of shoes that are faulty has left me not wanting to trust Tropicfeel. The fact that I probably wont get a replacement pair is even more sad. I had such high hopes for these shoes and am left very very disappointed.

I thought that this were really nice shoes but I received wrong shoes at first wrong model and they were obviously used before plus the right shoe was a lot bigger then the left one) and as I exchanged them I got dirty ones. The shoes have a big dark spot on top of the left shoe 2cm). The shoes are nice but they are not worth the price... I am curious about the quality they look like they will not last for to long. To bad, but this was really disappointing...

Your customer service was very nice and quick to respond, however, the fact that you wouldn't just give me a refund for shoes that literally cut up my feet and made me go through a month long exchange process and I had to pay for TWO shipping fees to return shoes back to y'all is RIDICULOUS. The shoes that I finally got are not the ones that I requested, which I find hard to believe since I even sent a picture of the requested shoes. Also, now I'm out more than $150 and have shoes that are still not wearable because of your fabric choices. It honestly sucks and I still would just like my money back.
