Unfortunately, the size is too small. I always wear 41 EU, and these are too tight for me. So, I can't enjoy them : (

Hi, I wish I can write a review, but DHL lost the package. Who will refund me from Tropicfeel?

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product doesn’t meet the features specified on the website
Not usefull I ordered two sets of backpacks. Including 2 toiletry kits. One of the backpacks add chemicals liquid on it. I told them and within about two weeks they replied asking for me to return the backpack. I returned it and it took again a couple of weeks then they returned me the wrong colour and forgot the toiletry pouch. I told him the mistake they returned me the right colour but they would not return me the toiletry kit of the right colour. I paid customs fee on every deliveries. No they would not send me back a toiletry kit affirming they don’t have the possibility to verify if send it originally. It’s impossible to speak to a supervisor. The last message I had from them was that the decision to not send me the toiletry kit was made and this was the final answer. The toiletry kit is worth 74$ alone. I wrote to the ceo, and other email address I found on internet and I haven’t have any reply. I feel they hide and benefit on being so far. Beware ordering form a company abroad like theirs and that a growth like they have. They can’t give good customer service.
