“Firstly i received the shoes end of July in black, i ordered gray so I sent them back to get the correct color. I STILL do not have my shoes, next month in February it will be one year since I ordered the shoes and I still do not have them. I understand due to Corona there have been delays but this ia ridiculous. I cannot even change my order to receive another model. I am very unhappy with this situation. The saying in the marketing world is correct, that one negative review is worth more than many positive ones. Normally i dont leave reviews when I am satisfied with my purchase but this negative review easily made its way out of me. Sincerely, One unhappy probably last time customer”

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product doesn’t meet the features specified on the website

“I mean the shoes aren’t bad, but they are far from great. They fit and are ok comfy but the adventure features advertised are very disappointing: the shoes are supposed to dry quickly so that you can hop in the water and then continue your hike. I wore them to jump in the water, got out, slipped from the super slippery sole. They took 6-8 hours to be dry, meanwhile it felt like I was walking around in a Moor and was squishy all the time (this was in Mauritius so 33 degrees Celsius, quite warm and perfect to dry). Overall, not impressed”

“Barely use them. Which is unfortunate since I was really looking forward to these shoes. The straps on the back ripped the first days I used the shoes. And the shoes were way too tight”

“No transpirable shoes. Very elastic but because of waterproof technology…in hot days it becomes a problem for your feet because of sweating”

Jaime, our Jungle shoes are not waterproof but water-friendly, meaning their mesh lining provides breathability and a quick-to-dry feature to the shoes. This should be ideal for hotter days so it's such a shame to hear this! We have a quick and easy return or exchange process if you'd like to give another model a try. Tropicfeel Team

“Size was too small.. returned for a larger size, over 6 months later i requested a refund as i was told it would be another few months before the correct size would be available.. so i never got to wear them..”

“Esthetically nice but poor quality for the price (materials don't seem solid, there are traces of glue, etc). Also too small and super hard to put on.”
