How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

Worst exchange policy ever. They only prioritise new customers. I requested a new size 7 months ago and still waiting. Month after month they tell me next month will be sent. They will send the review mailing campaign that I'm gladly replying with this message

How can I rate a product that I didn't even receive or use? I asked for a replacement (and have already given back the pair I received),since the ones I got were broken and a size too small, but I never got the new shoes, even tho I was told I would have received them soon by your customer service multiple times. You either send me the shoes I paid good money for, or refound me. As for now, your company is just a fraud. If I could rate you less than 1 star, I'd do it.

The shoes were super unconfortable and also after the first try damaged. I couldnt return it. So all the money for nothing. Dont buy them

I bought them on January 2021. I got them on July 2021. The size was wrong. All brand fit perfect with a 46 EU, this didn't, were too small. Apparently happened with lots of other clients. Then ordered a change, for a 47... still waiting to get them, and it is January 2022. Quite disappointing. And the date for the new ones keep changing...

Exchanged for a different size (43 to 44), even payed out of pocket for the return shipping, but never got the new pair or a refund. Not too happy about it.

After being very patient and waiting for many months to get my shoes due to back order issues most likely secondary to COVID. Unfortunately, they were to small:( The shoes look comfortable and well constructed. I decided to try and exchange them for a larger size. Exchanging was not an option at that point, I had to cancel my order and re-order. The issue with that is once again the shoes would be on back order and I would have another extended wait period. My plan was to use these shoes on the many adventure that I had planned. By being out on hold for such an extended period of time I did. It have the right footwear for my planned adventures. In addition you would think with such a long waiting period (we’re talking months) you would think there would of been some kind of perk, discount etc for hanging in there for so long. All and all the shoe seemed comfortable, looked nice.
