How satisfied are you with the product quality? I don’t like the material used
How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? I expected a more technical product
“Not only does the shoe look tacky with creases near the toes, the material is thin, the sole is uncomfortable and the shoes lacks structure. The shoes also keeps slipping off when I walk. The worst bit? The company says you're entitled to free returns within 30 days but they charge 12-15 Euro for shipping. What a scam.”

“Long story short when I ordered I had an old address in my file. I noticed this right after I purchased the item. Emailed them within a minute to update the address. They said once an order is made you can’t change the address or cancel the order. So I’m just out $120. Can’t believe this day and age they couldn’t address the issue right away.”

“This jacket isn’t water proof or water resistant at all LOL. Slight rain went right through the jacket & was soaked. Was very disappointed”

“I am a big fan of Tropicfeel. But surprisingly I saw wrinkles in the front of shoes that can not be filled and flattens when you wear it. I ordered size 39 and was too big and I thought that by choosing size 38 this issue is gone. The return and exchange was a good process but then the new shoes was too small and the front still has the wrinkles. This shoes is not perfect for me and I sent it back with exchange to other model that I love from Tropicfeel”
