“Received the wrong shoes. Two right shoes, each a different model. Support was incredibly slow to respond and unhelpful. The returns portal is a mess - there was a surcharge to exchange for the exact same shoe! I had to return. I have several Tropicfeel products but won’t be buying from them again. Save yourself the trouble.”

“2 veces retrasaron la entrega sin tener ni un minimo detalle por el retraso. Eran para regalo, y llegaron dos semanas despues de la fecha. Aunque aseguren de 3-5 dias en su web. El producto si que es bueno, pero el servicio mejorable.”

“They ate beautiful shoes, but they are not easy to clean like they say. So I don't the best idea is to where in the mountain, or earth type path”

“I bought the reversible vest and the NS40 for a planned trip to Turkmenistan. It arrived in time, so I packed it away in my already purchased Shelter backpack and set off. After a day of wear, I packed the NS40 layer away as I found it impractical and not particularly warm or comfortable. The vest followed a day after and I persisted with my lightweight Race to Zero puffer made by Vollebak.”

“I did not receive neither of the two backpacks I ordered, I paid 30€ extra for express delivery so I can use the backpacks for my upcoming vacation, they did not respect the delays for which i paid extra, and more so said they delivered them to me, while I was abroad, and no I am still waiting for the "investigation" to see what to do, and cherry on top I ordered a second backpack that i was supposed to get 15 days ago, still nothing”
