“My lace is damaged (the plastic end is gone) and my spring top is already gone because of the lace damage. The shoe itself is perfect, maybe they can foresee spare laces?”

“The size is ok. The quality of the materials seems to be good. Unfortunately they do not have a good quality control. One shoe is poorly sewn. The problem is cause I noticed when I was wearing them to go on vacation and have no other option.”

“Buyer be warned. Be very careful on sizing since the company has an inconsistent return policy and shoe sizes do not match expectations. I was very excited to buy my first pair but had sizing questions. After getting advice from the support team, I purchased these shoes in size 10 US m which is consistent with my sizing for other sneakers (Nike, New Balance, Altra). Unfortunately they proved to be too big by over an inch. I exchanged them for a size 9.5 US m which proved to be way too small. Despite the support team having explicitly stated that returns within 30 days would be free, I was charged shipping for the return of the second pair. All told, I am sadly not going to deal with TropicFeel again.”

“To be honest, I am very disappointed, I exchanged the previous shoes for these one. They are not waterproof, shoe ties are very tight and bothers the feet. Quality of shoe is fine but it doesn’t worth 80€.”
