Not only did I receive the wrong shoes, blue instead of khaki but even worst, they were already worn. After writing to customer service, they todl me to send them back, so because Tropicfeel does not properly control its shipments, I had to go to the post office and send it backto them. That being said, the return process is pretty efficient.

The shoe looked great, but some spots appeared after wearing them just for one day, so I had to return them. I could have admitted other things, but not spots coming from inside the shoe.

Es la primera vez que compro la marca esta y creo que será la última , me llegó una zapatilla descosida por el lateral y aparte tenían pinta de ser de una devolución como si se hubiera probado muchas veces , las suelas por los laterales presentaban pliegues . Dudo que serían nuevas al 100% . Calidad pobre por el precio que tiene .

Never received the item in my package. After numerous back and fourths with their customer service, they said they would replace the item. Waited another two weeks (a month after my original order) & still didn’t receive it, contacted them again & days later was told that the replacement order was never sent & that the bag is now out of stock. Was offered a full refund for the item. Accepted the refund & it’s days later & they are still yet to respond of provide said refund. Horrific experience.

Actually I have learnt from the Internet that there were problem with the bag's handle. I still bought it because the design of the bag was just fit with the carry-on lugguage's rules and I didn't think I would get a defective one. Unfortunately, the one I have got really has problem. The handle couldn't be fully extended and was stuck halfway. I think the manufacturing and the quality control are not good enough which need to be improved.

Would love to review it but because our national mail carrier is on strike and that is the courier you used I have not received it yet.
