i was unfortunately very disappointed - despite the cool look -as the shoe is very uncomfortable to wear

Not as good shoes as expected. More than expensive than similar ones and an awful customer service. More than 50 days later my money has not been paid back

I was so excited to get my shoes as this would be my second pair However, one shoe is bigger than the other Ive measured the fabric and taken photos as proof. But can I reach customer services?? No Ive emailed and send messages on Facebook but no response All I want is a pair of two shoes the same size. Such as shame that customer care has let you down as I love and live in my other pair of monsoons

The shoes looked good, although they were too small and so required an exchange. I had to post my pair back to their warehouse in France with tracked postage which was very expensive. Tropic Feel have received my returned pair yet Ive still not received any replies to my emails requesting info from them on when I should expect to receive my exchanged pair. I leave for my trip next week so Im incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service from Tropic Feel. It distracts entirely from their product.

El da 28 de agosto hace 12 das, 8 laborables) ped unas zapatillas. El da 29 me contactan para decir que se retrasar la entrega por una huelga, me ofrecen una mnima compensacin y me dicen que en 48h recibir notificaciones. Acepto, pidiendo por favor que me informen ya que me urge recibirlas para un viaje. Nadie me escribi. Despus de enviar varios mails el da 6, despus de 5 dy no de 48h como haban dicho me envan un link para el seguimiento de mi pedido. Mi sorpresa es que hoy he llamado a la empresa de transporte y ni siquiera tienen la mercanca. Seores de tropic feel, si establecen unos plazos de entrega que no cumplen, lo mnimo que pueden hacer es tener informado al cliente de dnde est su pedido y cunto tardar en recibirlo y darle facilidades porque sus problemas de logstica no tienen que afectar al consumidor. Seguro que tienen una muy buena respuesta para mi crtica o para quedar bien pblicamente, pero lo nico cierto es que no contestan lo correos ni en 72, que todava no se donde estn mis zapatillas y que dudo que vaya a poder valorar si las zapatillas son buenas o no lo son.

Sadly enough, they already broke after wearing them for one month... disappointing, because I like my stuff sustainable.
