Hi! I bought the tropicfeel shoes not long ago, after I had used them for a little while, I noticed that 3/4 of the rubber bands holding the sprint laces in place was gone! Is it possible to get some of these sent?

This is small and barely designed to hold tech usefully. It wouldn't hold a fraction of the cables and charges I need for traveling with iphone/ipad/macbook. It is worth - maybe - $8. To charge $50 for this is absurd.

Too loose fitting and needs regular laces. Plus - the expensive return policy is horrible. Having never tried the shoes before, how likely is it that you'd get the perfect size the first time. Too expensive to try again.

Received my shoes. Fabric was factory soiled. The shoes were never worn - still in the box with all tags on etc - Requested a return/refund and they will not refund the full amount as they charge a €20 restocking fee!! What a joke! Puts people off shopping with any crowdfund companies… so the honest ones suffer too.

Shoe was to narrow for my feet, otherwise it looks fine. Problem is really that verifying this fact cost me almost half the price of a pair. So if you don't live in the right countries the refund will cost you a small fortune, in my case 27 EUR return shipping + 10 EUR original shipping (Sweden). I actually wanted to try another size, but didn't want to take the risk of an additional cost of 27 EUR on top of that. So until this is solved - no more shopping for me here... unfortunately.
