La plantilla me iirta la planta del pie y el talón no tiene buen agarre ,noto demasiada sensación de material sintético. Sinceramente, tenía más expectativas sobre esta zapatilla

Daniel, it's a shame to hear this! We take any manufacturing issues seriously as we want to deliver the best quality for our customers. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team in situations like these so they can help to get this resolved for you! Thank you for your feedback :) Tropicfeel Team
The 36 is way big, since they don't have a smaller size I had to return it back and pay for it, so I lost $40. Pretty bad deal for me since there is nothing else I can do. The customer services was also not helpful at all. They say sorry, but didn't do anything. So, to buy and test is not an option if something goes wrong.

Iga, thanks for your feedback. We recommend checking our Size Guide before buying the shoes as each brand has a different scale for their sizes. We try to make our return/exchange policy as transparent as possible on our website through the FAQs and Return/Exchange page to ensure you're aware of our policy in advance. Our Customer Service team were not able to offer a smaller size as this was the smallest we currently offer, but provided a discount as a good will gesture. Thanks again for your comment and I hope you can trust us again in the future. Tropicfeel Team
DISCLAIMER I wanted to love the Shell backpack as it would be the perfect do it all backpack. Mind you I am no small person, 190cm, L/XL size clothes, 45 EU shoe size. OVERALL DESIGN The design is sleek. It grows on you. It is contemporary and can easily fit in a business, urban, outdoor environment. For my height, the size of the pack is perfect. Some users are not so keen on the stiffer shoulder straps but I find them comfortable enough. With the upper shoulder adjustment and hip buckle, this pack offers you a great fit. It might be too big if you are smaller. MATERIALS / BUILD QUALITY Materials feel premium to the touch. I like the "plastic" texture in combination with the more traditional textile texture. The fact it is water repellent is another plus. Zippers are barely average. When you pack it with clothes/computer the main clamshell zippers don't run smooth enough. Sometimes you have to fiddle it to get it closed. The Fidlock system is a nice touch, yet when the Shell is packed I find it difficult to attach my toiletry. WARDROBE SYSTEM This was the main selling point for me. I was excited that someone tried a different approach to clothes compression in comparison to the packing cubes. I am disappointed. As my clothes are L/XL the lover compartment for rolled garments is practically unusable for me. It doesn't matter how hard I tried to roll my clothes the openings are just too small. And if you don't fill the bottom third of the wardrobe you can't compress it nicely. On the website, it is stated that James,37 can fit 8 t-shirts, 5 pairs of trousers, 2 shirts, 2 sweaters, 2 pairs of shorts and 10 undies and socks. This is impossible. Well maybe if James is a little person. I could barely fit 1 sweater, 1 yoga pants, 1 training shorts, 5 undies and socks, 1 big towel and 5 t-shirts. This was for a 4 day trip on my extended weekend. Forget that you will take more than one hoodie with you. When the wardrobe is "ready to go" there is a structural problem with compression. When you tighten the straps the whole wardrobe buckles in the horizontal axis and packing it inside the shell is near to impossible. I have found the workaround, but workarounds for a premium pack are, frankly, stupid. ACCESSORIES (TOILETRY) Toiletry is the only addon I got. It is too small. I find it difficult to pack anything that comes in a liquid container (and yes, I use small bottles made for travel). Forget about packing a roll-on deodorant in there. What I can fit there is: toothbrush, toothpaste (small), 100ml of shower gel, nail clipper, a few q-tips, a small body lotion, a few bandaids. This might be ok for you but I'd like to have my shaving kit, deodorant and perfume there as well. Of course one could pack a lot more there, but if you do, the magnetic lock system does not align and you can't attach it to the pack. POCKETS I believe this is the biggest drawback there is. Apart from the computer sleeve, they have no depth. The zippers are janky. To give you a sleek overall look they are all directed inwards. Pockets on top of the computer can't fit more than 3-4 pens and a decent sized notebook because of their shallow design. When fully packed the hidden pocket at the back is unusable as well as the pocket behind the magnetic fidlock system. I can't show my hand inside it. Another problem emergers, when I want to add an 0.5l water bottle (fairly small - let's be honest) when fully packed this is a problem. The Waterbottle pockets can't stretch enough to accommodate even 1 bottle let alone 2 of them. You need to force it making you feel like tearing it. KANGAROO POCKET If your shoe size is bigger than 10UK/45EU forget about storing something in there. My size is 10UK and I can store flip-flops maybe sandals. Low hiking shoes don't fit at all, and there are quite deformable. Kangaroo pocket, when fully packed is annoying to secure with the G hooks. One of my fabric hooks had a material failure after 3rd use. As the material is separated into layers it is now impossible to hook a G hook trough. (more on support later). All in all, for small people might be perfect. When a kangaroo pocket is in use forget about placing your pack vertically on the floor like you are used to. It always falls because it is not sturdy enough. SAFETY Tropicfeel added zippers with holes to secure your belongings with a small lock. HOWEVER. Even if the lock is in place, one can easily access the inside from the top of the pack that has regular straps. I mean, come on Tropicfeel. DAYPACK The pack per se is not sturdy enough. If there is no wardrobe system it falls, even if you place it next to the table etc. I find the clamshell opening style for everyday use (work) annoying. I can't easily access my belongings. I have to put it on the horizontal plane to grab something. Otherwise, I find 22L enough for my needs. I pack my laptop, electronic accessories and lunch alongside 2 bottles easily. TRAVELING FOR LEASURE As said before my only problem is I can't pack as much stuff inside as advertised. Impossible. TRAVELING FOR WORK Being a digital nomad, this pack does not suit my needs. As said before with the wardrobe system being distorted and laptop sleeve pointing inside the pack this is a huge problem. I have a small 13" MBP. And combined with a fully packed wardrobe this thing is close to impossible to close. Yet again, come on tropicfeel?! If I add a few pens and an a5 notebook this is mission impossible. A living hell. Disappointing. PRICE I believe that this product is overpriced. A price tag around 120-150eur would be more appropriate considering the price/performance ratio as it stands now. WHAT DO I MISS A hook to safely store my house keys. Greater pocket depth. SUPPORT After my third use of the kangaroo pocket, one of the fabric hooks failed. The material got separated into layers making it impossible to put the G hook through. This is clearly not my fault. However, the support made me feel like I AM LUCKY that they are willing to replace my item. Are you kidding me? The product is not even 3 months old. This failure is not caused by my misuse. They have offered me to replace my item but I have to pay for shipping. This will cost me almost 30eur. ARE YOU F***** KIDDING ME?! What kind of company policy is this? Some of my other backpacks have 30 years of warranty and they offer free returns if their product fails. Please, Tropicfeel if you are reading this, educate yourself in how to properly run a product company. Thank you! PRO: -sleek design -expandability (multiple use scenario) -material CON: -expensive (bad price/performance ratio) -wardrobe system not for taller people - shallow pockets pointing inward - toiletry not big enough - zippers are bad - kangaroo pocket won't fit larger shoe sizes - waterbottle side pocked unusable when fully packed STAR DEDUCTION REASONS (-1) PRICE (-2) SHALLOW POCKETS (-3) WAROBE NOT USABLE FOR LARGER PEOPLE (-4) A BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT

This is the fifth canyon we have bought. This time the heel area is so hard that my wife gets blisters. Mine were always soft and fantastic.

William, it's such a shame to hear that these CANYON shoes weren't the same as your others! Please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@tropicfeel.com so we can verify the issue and help to get this resolved for you :) Tropicfeel Team
I was excited to receive these sneakers, but unfortunately they look different to advertised, and have a cheap feel about them. These shoes are not comfortable if you have flat feet, there is no arch support.
