“We ordered from Kickstarter and were sent shoes way too big, even though we used the appropriate chart. They offered a discounted rate to get a new pair rather than pay to ship the return) and we used their current size chart and ended up with shoes way too small. We were super excited about these but not anymore.”

“I purchased these shoes on August 23rd. The website said they would be ready to ship on August 25th and I paid extra to get the 3 day shipping. I still have not received a shipping notice which is very disappointing because I purchased these shoes to take with me on a 3 week vacation. I leave for vacation on the August 31st, so there is no way I will get them in time.”
