“I bought them on January 2021. I got them on July 2021. The size was wrong. All brand fit perfect with a 46 EU, this didn't, were too small. Apparently happened with lots of other clients. Then ordered a change, for a 47... still waiting to get them, and it is January 2022. Quite disappointing. And the date for the new ones keep changing...”

“After being very patient and waiting for many months to get my shoes due to back order issues most likely secondary to COVID. Unfortunately, they were to small:( The shoes look comfortable and well constructed. I decided to try and exchange them for a larger size. Exchanging was not an option at that point, I had to cancel my order and re-order. The issue with that is once again the shoes would be on back order and I would have another extended wait period. My plan was to use these shoes on the many adventure that I had planned. By being out on hold for such an extended period of time I did. It have the right footwear for my planned adventures. In addition you would think with such a long waiting period (we’re talking months) you would think there would of been some kind of perk, discount etc for hanging in there for so long. All and all the shoe seemed comfortable, looked nice.”

Ahmed, thanks for your feedback! These models have different designs and so the Jungle is a bit more narrow than the Canyon, which is our wider model. We have a super quick and easy return or exchange process if you'd prefer a different pair. Tropicfeel Team

“Sadly the white sole starts getting "wrinkles" very quickly, after wearing the shoe only couple of times in the city. Seems a problem about the material composition. Also the orange part looks cheaply done. I preferred my previous tropicfeel, this one is a disappointment”

“I own 3 different pairs of TF shoes. The jungle are the ones with the worst design, they look cheap and after a few weeks part of the shoe was broken. Compared to the canyon, the choice of Rlreplacing some sewing with glue has not been a good decision in terms of quality.”
