“Probably the worst purchase of shoes I've made in years. I've worn them several times both multiple days in a row and again after a break of several days and my opinion hasn't changed. They are narrow and uncomfortable. They are hard to slip on as compared to other similar shoes and often require adjusting especially the heel of the shoe as the back gets doubled up. They also don't look like the shoes I thought I was buying though kind of similar.”

“I have waited for 1 month and still have not received any of the goods ordered including the 2 x backpacks. I have sent numerous emails and are now being ignored by tropic feel. I have asked for money back and have been ignored. I have asked for a manager to contact me and have been ignored.”

“Size: The shoes where much smaller. I ordered 1 size smaller because it was indicated on the website to do so. Then I had to replace them for 1 size bigger. When the bigger size arrived they were too small again (and it's the size I usually wear). Replace experience: I requested a replacement, got a confirmation and sent the shoes over the mail. After 1 month of waiting I reached out to ask why I have not received any updates. The chatbot didn't want to connect me to customer support so it took me a looong time to get hold on someone. The customer support agent told me that they have just sent me the replace confirmation and the shoes (after 1 month waiting!). To be honest the person was really nice and it's not their fault. Then again - why did I have to reach out to support to learn that my replacement was never processed after I got a confirmation mail a month ago? Quality: The shoes arrived and surprise - one of them had the rubber of the sole not properly glued to the shoe itself with a 1cm gap. Then I tried to put them on and one of the rubber bands ripped off the lace. In the end the shoes were too tight and uncomfortable. After all this I wasn't willing to go through the same long process for a replacement or refund request. So I decided not to follow through just to keep myself sane and lose those 100eur. You've created an incredible brand and I wish that the quality of the product and the service was matching the package. Who knows, maybe one day I'll order from you again, but most probably won't be any shoes.”
