“Actually I have learnt from the Internet that there were problem with the bag's handle. I still bought it because the design of the bag was just fit with the carry-on lugguage's rules and I didn't think I would get a defective one. Unfortunately, the one I have got really has problem. The handle couldn't be fully extended and was stuck halfway. I think the manufacturing and the quality control are not good enough which need to be improved.”

“After ONE day wear (at the office!) and walking back home (2km) the protective side band is delaminated. After THREE days, it is delaminated (separated from the shoe) on both sides over 10cm. Never saw this. Photos available.”

“Hi, the shoes I bought are one size too small. I therefore asked for an exchange and sent back the product I received. After struggling a bit with receiving the label for sending it back, it could be sent. Following the app of the delivery services, it's now been 9 days since the product arrived at the warehouse but yet, nothing has changed. Now I have no shoes, no money back and absolutely zero feedback from the services. When an answer comes, there is literally info inside, they just say "hey, dont worry, we'll take care of you" but nothing changes and it feels just like a automatic answer. Very disappointed.”
