“I like the design and they’re comfortable, but the stitching ripped on the heel loop strap the second time I put them on, I hardly had to pull the strap to get my heel in and the stitching popped off. I submitted a ticket to their support team about this concern to get a replacement but they have not reached out and I feel completely ignored.”

“I never recieved them. First it was a courier issue at your end and when you finally got around to reshipping it you were out of stock. You are now out of stock of all the Sunset colors except white which I do not want. They were for my vacation at end of December which I will not have and I ordered over a month ago.”

“The shoes are nice and fit well in the foot area. However, the problem is with the ankle—it’s way too tight. It feels like it’s struggling my foot. When I first tried them on, I didn’t think it was a big issue, but after wearing them for an entire day, the tightness became unbearable and even left marks on my skin. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return them since I had already worn them. Now, I can only use them for short periods, which is far from what I had planned, such as traveling and hiking.”

“I have multiple pairs of Tropicfeel shoes and I bought another pair of sunset shoes. I think there is a huge drop in production quality. The pair that I’ve received smells heavily glue and it looks cheap. As I can compare with previous shoes that I bought years ago, these new ones don’t match the old quality. And each time I buy a new pair of shoes from Tropicfeel, the quality is getting worse. I really like Tropicfeel brand and I hope they can keep the quality while increasing their sales. If not, it is not worth buying.”
