“I regret purchasing Tropicfeel’s so-called “All-Terrain” shoes, which are not only misleadingly marketed but outright dangerous to walk in. These shoes have terrible traction, making them slippery on dry pavement and downright hazardous in wet conditions. The outsole compound is simply not designed for safe movement, let alone “all-terrain” use. In fact, my regular sneakers—ones that don’t even claim to be all-terrain—offer far better grip. When I reached out to Tropicfeel for a refund, their response was dismissive and unreasonable. They refused a full refund, instead offering a store credit. Why would I want store credit from a company I can no longer trust? A shoe that is unsafe to walk in is not a sizing issue or personal preference—it’s a fundamental product failure. To make matters worse, their customer service team brushed me off with a generic “we’ll pass your feedback along” response—without addressing the safety concerns or offering a proper resolution. WARNING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS If a company sells a defective and unsafe product, they should take responsibility. In Singapore, Australia, and the United States, consumer laws exist to protect against exactly this kind of scenario. Selling shoes that increase the risk of slipping and falling is not just bad design—it’s negligent. I strongly caution anyone considering these shoes. If you value safety, product integrity, and ethical business practices, look elsewhere. Tropicfeel, do the right thing: refund customers when your product fails at its core function. An "all-terrain" shoe should do more than just repel water—it should actually grip the terrain.”

“Doy una baja calificación por el servicio de atención al cliente, el calzado vino con una tara y el proceso de devolución es un caótico, responden varias veces de forma automática y no sabes como cliente en que punto estas. Todavía estoy esperando un reembolso, y aunque me quedo con el calzado me toca ir a un zapatero para ver que solución me da. He tenido otro par de la misma marca y la verdad es que estoy contento con el producto pero... este tipo de cosas frenan el reconocimiento de marca, espero que me solucionen el problema en breve, está siendo lento y poco claro.”

“I always encourage and sponsor sustainable brands but I must say Tropicfeel has disappointed me, with delivery and performance. My first order got lost, and had to spend a lot of time to get a response and eventually a refund. The second order arrived and I was so excited to try these shoes out but my “adventure” became a nightmare. We all agree that there is no worse thing than having your feet wet! The “quick dry” description doesn’t quite match these shoes performance with rain. You would expect that water may come in (from the top not from the platform as it happened to me) and the shoes eventually get dry quickly as advertised, but unfortunately it is not the case. I’m sorry but this is my experience and I’m only glad I got them with 40% off plus a gift voucher without spending a fortune as they’re listed for way too much their value in my opinion.”

“The Fidlock Pouch accessory was lost during delivery, with the main package (containing the Backpack only) was in tatters and opened. The Backpack was soaked with water due to the opened and damage packaging and no inner protection/padding.”

“I recently returned from a short city break, where I used the trainers for the first time. Over the four days, I wore them intermittently for city walking, with no intense physical activity involved. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the shoes. Within this short period, I noticed significant signs of wear on the sides, and yesterday, I discovered two tears in the side fabric.”

“The luggage has good design with many compartments, which make it easy to organise, especially for people with OCD. Good size for light travels, good wheels. It has however flaws, that affects significantly my 2-weeks travel, in different locations. 1) The top-handle doesn't slide smoothly, especially when you need to use the lower height for pulling. 2) The zippers are small and don't give the sturdy feeling when you need to quickly pack and zip.”
