“The waist is way too big for a size S and there's no way to tighten them other than a belt that defeats the purpose of these pants. I initially ordered your vest size S and it was massive so exchanged for these but they are too big as well. I think you need to review your sizes...Definitely not true to size”

“Recibí mis nuevas tropic feel de la colección de America's cup Barcelona hace 3 semanas. La verdad es que el resultado no ha sido bueno. Los plásticos del final de los cordones (típico plástico transparente se ha roto y ello ha ocasionado que las bolas azules que ajustan la zapatilla se hayan perdido. Por otro lado se ha deshilachado la costura por debajo del tobillo. Vendéis un buen diseño y contenido pero la calidad es muy baja en detalles tan básicos. Es una pena si no hay solución.”

“On the third order, I managed to get the good shoes. EU 38 is actually EU 37. I gave it to my brother. For order 39, I received two different shoes, not one pair. The third order was successful, the EU39 size is good for my EU38 foot. The rubber cylinder securing the shoe laces broke after a week. I tied a knot on the shoelace... I'm not satisfied.”

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“After putting them on for the second time, the lace broke. Mail to support: they would send a replacement. One week, 2 weeks… nothing. Contact support: « yes sir , a replacement can take up to 3 weeks to arrive ». 3 weeks still nothing. So had the shoes 2 months now ,worn them once and that’s it. And all you get from support is excuses. Love the shoes but the service is severely lacking .Still no laces”

“I still have not received this product and have paid for the item. I am unable to get any help on this issue and I've contacted support multiple times. Now I have paid for the item and received nothing. I am extremely dissapointed.”
