“Después de dos semanas recibiendo mensajes para que tuviera paciencia con la entrega porque había mucho volumen de entregas, y después de poner una reclamación a DHL Parcel, me han comunicado que el paquete ha sido devuelto a Alemania. No he llegado a recibir las zapatillas, y no consigo reclamar la devolución porque el portal de devoluciones no contempla la posibilidad de no haberrecibido la mercancías. Por favor indíquenme cómo proceder.”

“Nice look, clean design and light weight. Good grip to the ground and the quality seems good after first month in use. A bit disapointed of the fit and comfort. I have a normal foot, not wide not slim, but the shoe is not snug around the ankle, which leaves me with a glitch too big to call it a good fit, the straps does not make up for this. Inside the seams are itchy on a bare foot, and there is a seam in the inside front that disturbes me as the nail (even though very trimmed down) hooks onto the seam sometimes ehich is hurtful. I’m ok with it, but it is not really what I hoped for. Perhaps the fit is better on a different foot.”

“While the shoes are ok, waiting almost a month for a product is not. Customer service seldom replied on time, with extremely vague answers for over 3 weeks. In today's world of options- this is unnaceptable .”

“Really annoyed and disappointed. Greater delivery time than expected even being summer. Furthermore, tracking details did not match between Tropicfeel and delivery company. It is not acceptable for a product of these characteristics and price. 13 business days, 17 in total.”
