“Tengo varias camisetas ProTravel, muy útiles porque evaporaban muy bien el sudor y no dejaban marca. La última que pedí no era así, se mancha de sudor como una camiseta normal y huele igual, y tampoco se evapora rápido. Por 15€ más me mandaron esta, que es la versión nueva, y sigue pasando lo mismo. Al escribir a Atención al Usuario indicando el problema con fotos y solicitando la devolución me dicen que han cambiado el material y que las propiedades de la camiseta dependen de la persona... Me parece un timo, me he gastado casi 50€ con gastos de envío por una camiseta lisa sin ninguna propiedad especial.”

“These are great trainers for comfort and keeping my feet cool however, the right trainer has already lost the bobble for the lace ties and the sides have began to come loose and fray at the ankle. Not impressed with that at all which is a shame because they look and feel great. I did also order a pair of the lava however, I was sent a size 12 not a size 4!”

“They were cool until I tried to wear them out of the house. I pulled one on, no problem. Pulled the second one on and the tab on the tongue ripped off. When trying to work with customer service I got tired of trading endless emails back and forth about photos and formatting and them being unable to view…. I gave up and decided to go with a company with better customer service and one that would not give me the run around on returns and replacements. If you are looking at this product do yourself a favor and look to another company you know that you can trust to back their product. Don’t end up having to buy the same crappy shoe twice! Unfortunately I learned the hard way.”

“I was quite disappointed with the shipping process, as it took a considerable amount of time for the shoes to be dispatched. While the quality of the shoes is average, I was fortunate to have purchased them at a discounted price. Regrettably, I do not foresee myself making any further purchases in the future.”
