How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? I expected a more technical product

“I bought this and the reversible vest for a planned trip to Turkmenistan. It arrived in time, so I packed it away in my already purchased Shelter backpack and set off. After a day of wear, I packed the NS40 layer away as I found it impractical and not particularly warm or comfortable. The vest followed a day after and I persisted with my lightweight Race to Zero puffer made by Vollebak.”

“This is the second time I've purchased Tropicfeel shoes, and both times the stitching on the collar lining has broken after just a few days of walking. The quality of these shoes is disappointing; they feel and look cheap. I really wish they would offer a refund instead of just providing a voucher for another pair, which will likely have the same issue.”

“I did not receive neither of the two backpacks I ordered, I paid 30€ extra for express delivery so I can use the backpacks for my upcoming vacation, they did not respect the delays for which i paid extra, and more so said they delivered them to me, while I was abroad, and no I am still waiting for the "investigation" to see what to do, and cherry on top I ordered a second backpack that i was supposed to get 15 days ago, still nothing”

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product doesn’t meet the features specified on the website

“Not only did I receive the wrong shoes, blue instead of khaki but even worst, they were already worn. After writing to customer service, they todl me to send them back, so because Tropicfeel does not properly control its shipments, I had to go to the post office and send it backto them. That being said, the return process is pretty efficient.”

“The shoe looked great, but some spots appeared after wearing them just for one day, so I had to return them. I could have admitted other things, but not spots coming from inside the shoe.”

“I love the way the shoe looks and feels, unfortunately the top ripped just from walking in it. If these can be swapped out and i don’t have that problem I’ll be satisfied, but otherwise recommending you don’t buy these.”
