“I have not received this item despite ordering it over a month ago!”

“Received the wrong shoes. Two right shoes, each a different model. Support was incredibly slow to respond and unhelpful. The returns portal is a mess - there was a surcharge to exchange for the exact same shoe! I had to return. I have several Tropicfeel products but won’t be buying from them again. Save yourself the trouble.”

“The product is good but the customer service is disastrous. I had to return the shoes because the last is narrow and did not fit my foot and they made me pay for the postage. I was left without the product and without the shipping costs.”

“The shoe is well made and eastetically nice, however it is poorly designed and has a tendency to try to slip out from the back when you walk briskly. Honestly if I bought it locally I would have returned it, but to ship it it's expensive and it's not worth. If I had the chance to try before buying I wouldn't even have considered it.”
