Very poor customer service The shoe didn't fit, offered no support and was very soft. Only when I returned it did I realise that I had to pay 9.90 euros postage for the return. That's a rip-off. The return address is in Germany. The DHL postage is 5.49 euros when I could have sent it myself. I assumed that the return would be free of charge - as is usual. This was my first return Update: Meaningless answer from Tropicfeel ☹️ The team does nothing, insists on the return fee. I was expecting the sneakers to be made in Barcelona, or at least in Spain. Not in China. It even smells as cheap plastic. Very disappointed.

I was surprized and didn't expect that the same 43eu size is different for different models (eg. all-terain is 28.1cm, Dune 27.9m, Mosoon 28.3cm). Although I love your brand, and this was my 3rd order, I had to return because shoes were too big. The delivery took longer than expected and I couldn't enjoy my shoes. Feeling upset.

Probablemente la peor experiencia en mi vida en un compra on line, y hago muchas, también uno de los peores servicios al cliente. Resulta que me equivoqué en el color de la mochila, quise rectificarlo al momento de formalizar el pedido y me dijeron que ya no era posible, que debía esperar a que me llegara a casa y devolverlo para después hacer el pedido en el color correcto. El pedido que supuestamente me tenía que tardar en llegar 4 a 8 días, tardó más de 3 semanas. Una vergüenza, les auguro un futuro muy negro si no hacen cambios en un futuro, inhundar las rrss de publicidad invasiva, me temo que no será suficiente el para que la marca tenga éxito real. Suerte, a mi no me veréis más por vuestra web.

So, I tried to exchange these shoes via the web site but it only allows for returns which is fine. My issue is that the advertised policy when purchasing is that returns are free one time and it includes free shipping. Well it doesn’t work that way in the return procedure's and actually charges you by giving you a refund on the product less the shipping costs. So no full refund and this is why I’m no longer buying a different pair from this co. that I wanted . I’ll take my $ elsewhere as these are some of the most expensive water shoes on the web @$169. The shoes run a half size small and are a bit narrow in my opinion as well. Quality looks to be worthy of the price if you get the right fit.

Wore these shoes twice and they’ve split. Emailed them, got an Auto response and heard nothing since. Simply the worst purchase made in years with one of the worst companies.
