“I have a feeling that Tropicfeel is a credit scam. I order these shoes on 25th October and my credit card was debited on the same day. As of today, the website doesn't even acknoledge that existence of the order. I know if you are intending to ever deliver these shoes.”

“Honestly I did not like the product. The zippers are very delicate. Not resistant. Unfortunately I have the impression Tropic feel is only about the look and not the "feel". Same it goes for the lava shoes and the wardrobe (bought in another shop).”

“I ordered these months ago and never received them. If I track my order - still says waiting to be shipped and due to high volumes product is delayed. Meanwhile the coolant still promotes these shoes when they can’t fulfill orders. There is no good way to interact with customer service.”

“I have multiple pairs of Tropicfeel shoes and I bought another pair of sunset shoes. I think there is a huge drop in production quality. The pair that I’ve received smells heavily glue and it looks cheap. As I can compare with previous shoes that I bought years ago, these new ones don’t match the old quality. And each time I buy a new pair of shoes from Tropicfeel, the quality is getting worse. I really like Tropicfeel brand and I hope they can keep the quality while increasing their sales. If not, it is not worth buying.”
