Hola, Las zapatillas tienen buena pinta, pero no las he probado. Las pedí y me dijeron que llegarían para el 7-10/10 y llegaron el 25/10... Os merecéis una estrella.

Was told shoes would be shipped in September. Shoes were shipped late and arrived in late October. Been trying to return these shoes for 2 weeks now. Emails to customer service are sometimes not returned or sometimes returned with an automated answer. Finally a new response that stating that due to a technical issue on their side, the required return lable cannot be produced at this time. They are evidently working on the issue. Not holding my breath.

Product was faulty when delivered. Trying to actually get them returned is like getting blood out of a stone! Wish i had purchased from John Lewis.

I still have not received the shoes(order# 43909) You took my money and failed to send me my purchase. I have reached out to your company twice. Although they respond quickly to my emails(and then sent a seperate email asking for me to fill out a survey on their help and give them a good rating), they don't answer my questions or tell me why the delivery service (DHL) said they were out for delivery then had to return them to your company because there was a customs problem. Your company said they were still in production and hadn't been sent yet. That was a month ago. As to why DHL said they had the undeliverable shoes, your customer service didn't respond to that question. I was so looking forward to these cute shoes and trusted your company. I would love an explanation and response

I never received my shoes even though I received a notice that said my shoes had been delivered. I received two emails from service reps both unconcerned with the fact I never received my shoes which I paid for.....their only concern was that I write them a positive review because their service was separate from the company policy! No one has addressed the fact my shoes never came,still waiting for this company to address my issue!! Very disappointed!!
