“After barely 3 months of use the shoes are in bad state, very little resistance and low quality. The shoes are not very confortable either.”

“I am not impressed with these shoes. I was looking to buy (and break-in) a pair of very lightweight but comfortable walking shoes for a trip to Italy involving walking 5-10 miles/day. I wore these shoes to NYC and walked 6 miles around downtown Manhattan last Thursday and my feet are still in pain 4 days later. The shoes do not provide much arch support or cushioning insoles. Not good!”

“Probably the worst purchase of shoes I've made in years. I've worn them several times both multiple days in a row and again after a break of several days and my opinion hasn't changed. They are narrow and uncomfortable. They are hard to slip on as compared to other similar shoes and often require adjusting especially the heel of the shoe as the back gets doubled up. They also don't look like the shoes I thought I was buying though kind of similar.”

“Please send me what I ordered first. I got two pairs of shoes that I didn't order at all. Your support service team doesn't seem to care and want to resolve my issue.”

“I have waited for 1 month and still have not received any of the goods ordered including the 2 x backpacks. I have sent numerous emails and are now being ignored by tropic feel. I have asked for money back and have been ignored. I have asked for a manager to contact me and have been ignored.”

“This shoe was: out of stock, then available, then ordered but never delivered, promised to be delivered again, then I was told they were out of stock again. I have never seen anything from Tropicfeel except for a customer satisfaction questionnaire!!!”
