How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong– Too small

“I received them with one shoe in 40 and the oder in 38, I wear a 41... I returned the shoes but did not receive a new pair although when I requested an exchange they were available, fortunately I got a refund... unfortunately it remains a very bad experience.... how can you have two shoes of different sizes in the same box...”

“Tropic feel is over size. I tried to change my size but even if the customer service is very responsive I could not. I changed to a 42 but even if my order was processed I receive an email saying the size was not available. I proposed to take another color but apparently it was not possible. The only way was to change the model... what I did not want. They reimbursed me partially. Indeed, for some really unclear reasons (and I am still waiting some explanations), they did not reimburse me the transport costs. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!”

“Company appreciation for their clients for a company error shipping duplicates does not create much confidence in company. Went out of my way to ship back the error order, lost time from work, drive into town, out of good faith (since I was told I had to use my own funds to return shipment including tracking to the company with no guarantee of reimbursement) and was told I would get an exclusive discount to show their appreciation. On the site there was a discount that was match or better then what was offered for their gratitude. Never opened the box, ask multiple times by representative if I had shipped the shoe back, lack of trust in the customer. Due to level of customer service and backwards shipping requirement for the company's own error, I no longer am confident in the company. I will not be using the exclusive discount as it is no better then what I can easily find and indefinitely plan on not using any discount on the site from now on.”
