“Good morning, I would vote ZERO stars but your survey starts from 1 star. I'm really disappointed with the result of this purchase. When I opened the package and tried the shoes on for the first time at home, the tropicfeel label sewn onto the tongue broke!! If I had to rely on my monsoon for an adventure outing, I'm sure I would be barefoot within a few hours. I'm really annoyed Stefano”

“I would love to review these shoes but have still not received them despite ordering more than a month ago. The wrong size was sent twice. The returns system worked relatively well the first time but broke down completely the second. After a shaky start, customer service has been cheerful and polite, thanking me profusely for my patience but not delivering the goods. Although the shoes are not yet shipped, I am now assured that my order is now in the hands of the "fulfilment team". I hope that this time the right sized shoes are in the box.”

“I'm really disappointed with how uncomfortable these shoes are. The fabric at the top digs into the front and sides of the shoe, which is quite uncomfortable. I was excited to find a waterproof all-terrain shoe which i would have loved to like, but after trying them on different terrains, they ended up hurting my feet. I wouldn't recommend them.”
