“I had to dig through my email inbox to find the review option for this but felt it was worth it to leave a review. I bought the Nest backpack a year ago and have been using it begrudgingly. The size cannot fit much unless you are a minimalist, and even still it takes up a lot of room as a carryon/ personal item under the seat back in front of me (I often put it overhead and just use a small tote bag as my personal item). I can typically only fit a pair of over-ear headphones, a book, a water bottle (since the outside side pocket is too small), and MAYBE a small (under-packed) packing cube. It is the backpack equivalent of a hard shell suitcase in that it doesn’t accommodate any extra expansion. The amount that the front sleeve holds also isn’t very inspiring, as the packing cube can barely comfortably fit before it deforms the latch mechanism. I have decided it is best suited as a weekend/commuter bag (as it barely holds a weekend’s worth of clothes/toiletries). The pockets within are the most redeeming quality, as they are ample, and the shoe extension compartment is at times useful for a very small pair of shoes. It is not comfortable to wear for prolonged periods, and the zippers are inconvenient to open/close when the bag is filled, unless laying it down on a surface (which isn’t always possible). I don’t plan to buy a new one when this finally breaks as it was very expensive.”

“Unfortunately one size too small and one too big as there wasn’t a size in between. Same for my partner in different sizes. After quick and free delivery came very inefficient and expensive return process - still waiting for my refund”

“These were enormous. Looked like at least 2 sizes too big but ordered my size. In addition the style did not fit well at all. Definitely very disappointed and ended up returning.”

“although I was excited to wear the shoes as my wife is very satisfied with hers, there is no way it would fit my foot. I never have an issue with other brand shoes even though my foot is a b it wider, but this shoe was so narrow that it even convinced me not to try another model. I hope you will have models in the future that also work with wider feet.”

“I ordered what feels like ages ago. For a start they were delivered to the wrong address. Then sadly they were far too big so I started the return process. My son went to drop off but the label was rejected. Reprinted it. Rejected a second time. After several emails I eventually was sent a different label and now that I have successfully dropped off the return I have not heard anything from either Evri or Tropicfeel. Waste of money, time and effort.”
