“This pouch is a let down, a few elasticated straps doesn’t a tech pouch make! … more disappointing was the lack of an ability to exchange this, despite the return policy stating that I should be able to. It had an arbitrary ‘zero value’ on the exchange platform - which required me to pay for its exchange … this was a cynical way to avoid exchanges for what I believe tropicfeel realised was a disappointing product.”

“It[s rather small compared to the whole size of the Shell backpack. Double the depth would help, if the height and width has to be fixed by the existing shell connections to the pouch.”

“The quality of the shoe was not great. The first day I wore it I took 10 steps tightened the laces and the lace snapped off. I was not impressed. I like the style though, but probably would not purchase from this company again.”

“I ordered tripocfeel direct from their site. I missed the FAQ and/or return policies so was unamused when i saw i had to pay €8 to return the shoes. The shoes itself were at the opening really tight, so putting on the shoes is a struggle. When your feet are in, the shoes are really broad and loose. Bad fit for my feet.”
