“Several months ago I tried to order from TropicFeel and they kept making mistakes so I never received the package. About three weeks ago i decided to give it another try and surprise: they made the same mistakes and I still don't have my packages. The communication takes about 3-5 days every time I try tor each them too. I did not get my refund either.”

“So, I tried to exchange these shoes via the web site but it only allows for returns which is fine. My issue is that the advertised policy when purchasing is that returns are free one time and it includes free shipping. Well it doesn’t work that way in the return procedure's and actually charges you by giving you a refund on the product less the shipping costs. So no full refund and this is why I’m no longer buying a different pair from this co. that I wanted . I’ll take my $ elsewhere as these are some of the most expensive water shoes on the web @$169. The shoes run a half size small and are a bit narrow in my opinion as well. Quality looks to be worthy of the price if you get the right fit.”

“Nice design, and love the concept. However the inside of the shoe is really badly finished. As they are water friendly shoes, you should be able to wear them without socks as well, yet the stitches inside are leaving small cuts and are hurting really bad. Even with socks, you can feel the stitches. They should be finished with something on top. Given the price point, would expect better quality. Would never recommend the brand until quality improvements are made.”

“It could be a sizing mistake, but I've bought them as a replacement for previously owned pair of Breeze. At the same size the new version is extremely uncomfortable and has been relegated to the use of slippers for walks no longer than few hundred meeters. I've been a fan of the brand since early kickstarter days but this pair might have been it.”
