I’ve had an absolute nightmare with this order. It arrived damaged and took 25+ emails to get a return and refund. I’m still trying to get them to refund the cost of the postage. I

While the shoes are ok, waiting almost a month for a product is not. Customer service seldom replied on time, with extremely vague answers for over 3 weeks. In today's world of options- this is unnaceptable .

Really annoyed and disappointed. Greater delivery time than expected even being summer. Furthermore, tracking details did not match between Tropicfeel and delivery company. It is not acceptable for a product of these characteristics and price. 13 business days, 17 in total.

I am underwhelmed, the sole is hard (i cant feel the extra grip), the material thin and the sizing is pretty small

Hard to state a firm opinion because I had to return the pair. In my case the shoes fit too narrow in the toebox. My feet are both wide and tall, and these shoes may be for those who have tall feet, but not so much for those whose feet are wide. I returned the shoes and shipping was deducted from the refund. I recommend the measurements for width are included in size chart.

I've had a problem with insoles and I asked customer service, instead of sending back the shoes and receiving a new one, to send me only the insoles to avoid shipment and unnecessary environmental waste, but was not possible. The customer service instead of resolving the issue , suggested me to buy a third part insoles. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Ordered - seemed decent but was a size too big. No biggy went through the exchange process. Many weeks later not received. I enquire as to what’s happening - they’ve sent to an address in another country. Claiming this was the original address and won’t rectify (this is incorrect as I’d never have received the original, also I have email confirming my address as the address the exchange would be delivered). I also point out that what they are saying has been sent in the exchange is a different product completely. It’s hard to comment on the quality as I don’t physically have them and the company has taken my money and run with it.

One pair of shoes arrived quite quickly in a well packaged unopened box. The problem was we had ordered two pairs of the same shoes. When we contacted customer support we were then given the third degree and treated as though we had stolen them. This made us feel very uncomfortable, especially as we and our family have bought at least 14 pairs of shoes from Tropic Feel over the last two years. The shoes are great but this is definitely our last purchase. When you compare this customer service to companies like John Lewis, Marks and Spencers and Boden. I know who we would rather shop with!
